Peel the rinds of the tamarindo & let soak for 1 hour in 1 liter of Cranberry Juice Cocktail. Bring to boil, and boil for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and sweeten to taste if necessary. Strain. Serve in highball glasses with Miguelito powder on the edge (wet the edge of a glass with lemon and so that the Miguelito powder will stick)
